We're planning to ride trails near Beckley weekend of September 13. Will only be a one day trip from the inlaws home. Part of the H-M system but different area than what husband rode over 4th of July.

Will you guys be there in Oct? Have to go on long weekend because of the kids school. If we like it will go in Dec and maybe Jan for some snow riding...

Pm me. Not sure about October. When are you thinking about going? We could try to schedule for that weekend. As for December, have to watch the weather. West Virginia mountains can get nasty. We are all off for Christmas from December 24 until January 2 or 5th, so we might be able to go then.

3 1/2 hours to DURHAMTOWN PLANTATION SPORTSMAN'S RESORT Went last year and they were installing some new RV Sites with power and water. Probley go in November. They have a good web site check it out. Lots of pics.

I agree! Durhamtown is right in your backyard! We there in the spring. That place is awesome and well worth the trip from anywhere!

We rode the H/M trails last year. Stayed in Gilbert at a Campground atop the mountain (can't remember the name right now). Great trails. You're allowed to ride your ATVs and UTVs on the roads there which is great for going for dinner, supplies, etc.

Yup DP is a nice place we take day trips there from time to time, its only 2.5 hrs away. Wife broke her arm there last we went. That will teach her to stay with her quad and leave my WR450 alone. (Just kidding) I will be going to DP on Monday or Tuesday......
