DW had one knee replacement and one to go. I'm looking for ideas for a lift of some kind to lift her from ground level up to or near the floor of our truck camper. It is a basement model and sits pretty high off the ground (about 52 inches). Any deas?

You might want to check with bruno lifts. They make all kinds of handicap lifts.

Ill pay close attention to your post, as my DW just had her first, and is not home yet. And is looking at the second down the road.
Sorry I cant give any advice, but I'm a good listener.
Good Luck. Mike.

I just had a Coach Lift installed on my motorhome. It has a seat with high back and seatbelts. It looks like the one posted above.

4-6 hour installation by a welder and electrician and several "supervisors". The seat and hinge remove for travel. Post and motor stays in place on the outside, next to the door. They have models up to 225 pounds and up top 400 pounds. They can reasonably be moved from one RV to another with a little welding.
