Oh, no! At least if there is an obvious reason, we can sort of adjust to it in our minds but when it's out of the blue like this, it is too darned scary. Almost sounds like she might've had a kinked intestine, but you'll likely never know. I'm so sorry for your loss but I'm glad she didn't linger and suffer. Thanks for making the latter time of her life happy.

I am so sorry.... please accept my heartfelt condolences.

You were her savior, her protector, her rescuer, and when she left this world she was surrounded by your special love. Thank you for giving her a home, may your good memories sustain you during this difficult time.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear the news. It is harder when you really don't know what happened and you tried your best to solve the problem. Bless you for your rescue of this fine dog.

My little Maggy crossed over the bridge around 2:00 this morning. She died peacefully in my arms.

I'm so very sorry. I know how hard it is to lose her--I lost one, too. I'm glad she went peacefully--we should all go that way.

So very sorry to hear that you lost your beloved dog. As others have said she was surrounded by your love, take care of yourself and prayers to you in your time of grief.

I'm so sorry you had to lose her that way, you know in your heart you did all you could, it's just so tough when you don't know why.
Take care of yourself now, she's at peace and in no pain and she's meeting all sorts of new friends at the rainbow bridge.

Just read about Maggie. I am so sorry to hear about it. I'm glad you were with her. Please don't second guess yourself. It was simply her time to go. Take care....
