Don, the industry standard has become workamper.com. That's where the park managers go to look. We paid their fee and have never had to go looking for a workamper position. Park managers call us based on the resume we have on-line there. We have turned down many more positions than we have taken and we've been busy all the time since we signed up. The only time we aren't working is when we choose not to work.

Started workamping Sept '07 - This isn't too bad. Think we'll do it some more.

I don't know of any that give a really comprehensive listing of places to work of to volunteer. If you want volunteer positions, most agencies that have such positions also have their own website which will list such positions. For example, nearly every state now has at least a few parks that use campground hosts who are given a free RV site in return for a few hours of work and for being available to the visitors. To find those you need to pick a state and go to the state's website and then look for state parks.
For federal agencies, these have their own websit:
US Fish & Wildlife Service who manage the National Wildlife Refuges
National Park Service for out National Parks
Bureau of Land Management.
For various agencys, both listed above and not listed.
US Army Corps of Engineers
For paid positions it is quite a bit harder. The work-camping related forums on the various RV sites such as this one and Escapees do at times have one or two postings of positions but not a great number. If you want to work in RV parks, get a copy of a good campground directory and start contacting parks in the area you are interested in. But there are many other positions that seek RV workers and the only really good way I know of to get that is by subscribing to Workamper News. If you send me a PM with your email, I will be happy to send you an electronic version of a back issue to see what the magazine is about.

There is also:

These are not as good as Workamper News, but there are some good prospects.
