I just used the 357 page book - The Minnesota Travel Guide for Persons with Disabilities. Boy, was a nice thing to have. It didn't have everywhere I wanted to go to but it did help. Sometimes, it is just nice to know that there just might be steps out front but a ramp off to the side. There are some campgrounds listed in the book.
I got the book from the tourist board but they do have a website:
