I know cats sneeze, but this is getting ridiculous. My domestic male short hair keeps sneezing.
*No runny nose
*good appetite
*very active
*wet nose ( no fever..well I didn't take his temp...I never take my kids temp...just kiss their foreheads ( which they now call their fever) so I kissed his nose. Didn't seem to have a fever I don't know if that assessment is accurate.
*No weight loss
*No behavior changes
ALLERGIES? I will call the vet today. Just wanted to see what you all think.

sneezing can be a sign of a hairball. I would try giving him some hairball ointment given that all else seems to be ok. Is he still having his normal bowel movements?

Ahh Hairball...he is my hairball cat. Bowel movements... hard to tell I have three cats. I will be on prowl for watching him do his business.
His symtoms don't appear to be Infectious. Calling the vet when they open.
Thanks

Everyone said our oldest cat had a hairball problem, I took her to the vet, who said it was an upper respiratory infection and a few weeks later the sneezing went away without meds.
Good luck!

Hi Bon-bon, Does he hid under your beds or behind furniture? Then may it's just dust. Ours like to play in the basement and they are always coming up with dust balls on their whiskers! I also use the Hartz hairball gel stuff, you can get at Petsmart. Just smear it on their lips if he won't lick it off your finger. Let us know what the vet says....
