No one at your mortgage company would ever know the difference. I doubt there is a single person there who has seen your place or ever will. Don't worry about it. I've done the same thing several times. The latest was the acreage I bought last year that had an older model mobile home on it. I tore it down and hauled it off and never wasted a moments thought worrying about it.
