I have a 2006 Jayco Jayfligt travel trailer now and will be buying a larger unit either this winter or this spring. My question is what other trailers in this class are equal in quality or better? I will be looking for a 29 to 31 foot trailer with rear bunks and 1 or 2 slides. Thanks

We are looking at the North Trail 31QBS, it is lite weight, go to Heartland RV website they show you how they build them and give you lots of information. We are going to Hershey's RV Show on Thursday to do more research on them and other's.

We have a North Trail 28BHS. The have some new floor plans out that have super slides and some have two slides. You can see all their floor plans on their website. It is a quality built unit. Nice materials and finishes. Great customer service from the factory. I highly recommend a North Trail product.

This is like asking which has the best quality- Ford, Chevrolet, or Dodge! There is no answer to your question, as everyone will have their own opinion, and that almost always relates directly to the brand of RV they own.

If you're buying a unit with slides then be SURE it's a quality unit as slide repairs can get very expensive fast..

We looked at Heartland's North Trail models, too. But while looking through the website, we noticed that all the North Trail models have a GVWR of 6900. From the 21 to the 31, each had the same GVWR. The dry weight varied by model, but not the GVWR. I haven't seen that with other manufacturers.

Does Heartland use the same chassis for each model? Does anyone know?

Arctic Fox, by Northwoods Manufacturing. The best quality out there in a conventional TT.

I am looking at Crossroads, they seem to be well made with a better
warranty than most!
