Check the unit over very well for leaks, maintenance issues, etc. Good luck!

I have that same model and yes it's a 25 foot and I believe it's a small queen ( i'm 6'3) I haven't any big issues. Pulls great with my Silverado & I've been 7 states with it.Good Luck.

"249QB" = Coachmen's 9th 24' model and has a Queen Bed.

I have a 1999 Catalina Lite 252RKS (Rear Kitchen with a slide). Mine has a center bath and rear kitchen. The 249QB has a center kitchen and rear bath. No problems with it that don't exist with every other TT (fridge recalls, etc...). The only noteable issue I have with mine is with the door location. If you have a crowd, the rear door location can be a pain at times (especially when cooking inside!)

Ive had 2 Coachmen Catalinas and both was good. As said before ALL TTs can leak. All TTs can have recalled or non-working appliances. All TTs can have worn out or non-working brakes as well as dry or worn out wheel bearings. Also check running lights. Non-working lights can mean lots Anything from bad bulbs-to-blown fuses-to-water rot so bad that the grounds are not connected anymore. Just give a thorough search ESPECIALLY at the roofline and floors INSIDE THE CABINETS.
Good Luck have lots of fun in the Catalina
