As much as I like the O2Cool fans and have stated so. For what "I" use them for regarding the
dogs, and how 'long' I need the run time, feeding them with D batteries was sending me to the poor house. I know I have spent well over 100.00 in batteries over the past month.

This weekend I was set up next to several people who plunked down this 'Black and Yellow' portable fan in front of their dogs and that darn fan ran for 8 hours straight on high speed powerful enough to have the dogs hair blown straight back.

So I went on a quest to find the battery operated 'rechargable' Ryobi portable fan. I give this fan 10 stars! The fan is inexpensive, but, yes you have to buy a pricey charger and batteries. But my investment will be paid back in 2 short days in the warm states I'm heading to and NOT buying stock in D batteries!

I bought the fan, charger and a special deal on '2' batteries so I can just pop the new one in without waiting to charge one.
(They offer a lithium battery also, claims to be 2x the performance, runtime, holds charge 4x and 20% lighter) 'That' was pricey and I passed on it for now.

Fan High speed is really high speed. It's the exact same batteries that are used for screw guns and the like that construction workers use. And in fact it is marketed to the construction worker.

FINALLY a PERFECT battery operated, rechargeable fan for RV'ers and pet owners.
Great Boondocking fan too since it runs so long and can run double that with second battery.

(Picture is misleading, it's the same size as the o2cool but only weighs a pound and a half. Lever to hang, and there is flip down stand if you want to angle the fan or put it in the upright position)

P.S.: Mark, all you would need is just 'one' of these bad boy fans
for the whole crew in your van.

The best part about this fan is I already have Ryobi One+ tools and batteries.
Thanks
