I keep my less used supply of spices in tiny zip lock baggies. The kind beads come in. Generally you can buy 100 baggies for a buck or two at a craft store. Buy what you might need from the stores that sell spices from jars or bins. Then I have a plastic tray about the size of one stack of crackers. I file the spice baggies in ABC order and slip the whole tray in a gallon zip lock bag. Any spice I use in quantity like cinnamon I just keep in a plastic tray with the salt and pepper shaker in a cabinet.

I keep two of these containers (emptied of the sprinkles) filled up with the spices I use most often in our little trailer kitchen drawer:

It holds 12 different spices in very little space. I freshen them up every spring.
You can usually find them in the cake decorating section of your grocery store.

I like Spice Clips stuck to the inside of the pantry door.

I bought a bunch of the magnetic round spice jars and they store very well on the sides of the range hood.
