Anyone familiar with this route? Especially during early spring and late fall for snowbirds. Grades? Fuel stops? Dry camping? Thank You.

Which route? If you are referring to 93 it is a very good road, you shouldn't have any trouble at all. There is a Shell station in Panaca that can easily handle any RV, that should be the only fuel stop you really need to make on that run. I believe there is a State park near Panaca as well that has dry camping available.
The whole ride is only about 240 miles and a very easy drive.

Both routes US-6/NV-318/US-93 or US-93 are good roads. There are two grades to negotiate on US-93. Only one grade on US-6/NV-318/US-93.
There is fuel at
Panaca
Caliente
Ash Springs (truck stop and rv park)
Alamo (truck stop)

Easy drive. Fuel about every 100 miles.

Using US 6 out of Ely to Rt 318 will save you miles and at least two climbs. 318 comes back to 93 north of Alamo. RVs and some truck traffic, good road. Came thru there 2 weeks ago.
