I'm looking to bring some casseroles this weekend for camping and we really don't use the oven. I bought a cookie sheet one time and bought those place and bake cookies and the sheet was too big. It was smaller than the usual cookie sheet size. I think we have used a 9 x 13 baking pan to cook pork roast but I can't be sure. What size cookie sheets/baking pans will fit in there? Most casseroles call for a 9 x 13 pan and I want to take some along. Thanks in advance!
p.s. our camper is a '99 29ft fifth wheel--if that matters

the round pizza pan fits in my oven. I don't have a rectangular cookie sheet for it. Dona

Definitely measure your oven. RV ovens can be weird sizes. We found that out on our first trip...lol! Now we have pans and stoneware that fit in the oven. Actually, ours isn't even big enough for a casserole dish. We use it mostly for after dinner desserts and other stuff that fits on smaller pans / stoneware.
My wife found that Pampered Chef has some stoneware that fits our oven.

Measuring the oven is the problem. It is stored 35 miles away from our house and we are taking it out of storage in Friday and hooking it up at a local campground. If I get a chance this week I may try to run over there to measure it.

I keep two 10 x 15 cookie sheets in my RV oven, but don't know if your oven is the same size. The cookie sheets are used for cookies, but they work well as TV trays when there's more than five of us eating inside.
I would think a 9 x 13 pan would fit. I often bake desserts in a 9 x 9 pan in the TT.

I've used a 9 x 13 cake pan in both my convection oven and in the previous MH gas oven. My cookie sheets are about 10 x 15. I would think you should be safe if you stay with something about 9 x 13.
My deepest pan is about 4 1/2 in tall, but I can't use the lid in the oven as the knob makes the overall height too tall, so I just use foil as a lid.
Good luck, safe travels,
Judy

Thanks----I think I will go with the 13 X 9 pan. I know the 15 X 11 cookie sheet I bought was a tad too big. If I get a chance to go over this week, I'll bring along a 13 X 9 to see if it fits.
