Just the opposite. I have a Freightliner badge and get it serviced at a Dodge dealer. I think the local Freightliner place is geared for the big semis. Never mind the emblem. Look for "Sprinter" service.

We have a Freightliner and have had service at both with no problems. Not all Dodge dealers service Sprinters. We have two dealers in out home town, one does, one doesn't. As Davydd mentioned look for Sprinter service.

Well, just to echo some others. We've had our RT RS Adventurous for two years now and couldn't be more pleased with the Sprinter. Great visibility, fun to drive, excellent fuel economy and on and on. Read lots on the resonator problem, so I bought one of the milled aluminum replacements to have on hand. I probably will install it prior to two trips coming up later this month and early May.
Hope "Y'all" have a great camping season.

You folks are THE BEST!!!
One more question (that's not a promise)...
When were - or have they always been - stability control and traction control added as features? I am open to a low mileage or older new model, but I want those two features.
Thanks again, and happy holiday - whichever you celebrate!

One more thing to remember, ANY Dodge dealer can order parts for a Sprinter, and many will work on them also. Not all are set up as Sprinter dealers and cannot do warranty work on them, basic service and parts should never be a problem. If you find yourself 500 miles from an authorized Sprinter dealer and 10 miles from a Dodge dealer you can get the parts from Dodge.
