For your future boondocking, the trouble shooting logic works something like this:
Shore power works, but no power from Onan: Can't be the inside breakers, since shore power goes thru them, too. Pretty much _has_ to be either the master breaker on the Onan, or the transfer switch, or wiring between the two. (AFAIK, the 5 amp fuse on the start panel is just for the remote start switch.)
If the Onan wasn't making power, its engine would stop when the start switch was released.
Now the issue of _why_ the breaker was tripped. The A/C may have been re-cycled too quickly. That is, if the compressor stops, and the thermostat is reset lower immediately to continue cooling, that may trip the breaker. It needs a minute or three for the head pressure to bleed down. And sometimes a 25 amp breaker will trip to protect a 15 amp breaker...(old techie joke ) But breakers also 'just trip on their own' occasionally., maybe from vibration.
Glad it's fixed, and was easy & painless, if not real quick .
