If you buy the normal frozen wings(unflavored)bake them in a 500 deg. oven, till they brown on one side, then flip them. I like mine crispy so they should be well done if you're oven cooking them.
The sauce is everything.
I prefer Franks Red Hot sauce mixed with melted butter. Heat the hot sauce and butter up in a pan, then pour it over the wings when they are done. Instructions are normally on the bottle, but I go easy on the butter.
WARNING: If you mix it up in a tupperware type container with a lid, you MUST burp the lid after every other shake or it will explode..and the hotter temp everything is, the more likely it will explode!
But enjoy!

We usually grill our wings before coating with sauce (melted butter and Louisiana Hot sauce), but sometime we fry them. Other times we bake them, but most times we grill, of course, unless we fry or bake, cause then there is no need to grill cause they were fried or baked, but most times we grill them.

I buy fresh chicken wings and deep fry them with just a light flour coating. Then dunk them in hot sauce.

I put the wings (tip cut off and wing cut in half) in a gallon sized zip lock bag.
pour a little olive oil in the bag and shake and mush around to get the wings oil coated.
then sprinkle with McCormicks hot wing seasoning.. either the buffalo wings or the bbq or the garlic and herb..your choice. shake well to coat all the wings.
let this marinate awhile, then grill on the barbie.. about 10 minutes each side, medium heat.
or use the oven and follow baking directions from seasoning package.

I get the frozen wings and deep fry in peanut oil. Cook until crisp. In a skillet i mix 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 TBSP of mayonaise, 3 TBSP of sugar, 1 TBSP lemon juice(or more if you want it zesty) black pepper . after wings are fried i take tongs and roll the wings in the sauce. Happy eating...enjoy

to keep your baked wings from smoking up the entire trailer steam them first (just like vegies). steaming removes a lot of the chicken grease which burns and smokes when baking. deep fried is best but is messy - equipment intensive - supply intensive.
