Post the name and place where you had your best Bar BQ experience, not your own cooking.
A nice resturant, run down shack, old railcar, road house, whatever -- but it has to be a public place any of us could visit.

That run down rickety old shack serves up GREAT Bar BQ. We stumbled accross it a few weeks ago. What a find!

It would be a draw. There are so many excellent ones here in the Kansas City area. Smoke House in Independence, MO and Famous Dave's in Bonner Springs, KS would be at the top of the list. I know, these are not in Texas but Texans aren't the only ones that know how to BBQ.
