A White Gold Mercedes Benz (It's white gold - really it's fantachromed; if ya gotta ask, you can't afford it...(It starts at 400K before it's chromed):

The Audi R8 V10 5.2 Quattro (140K):

The Mercedes Benz CLK GTR V12 6.9 Roadster ($ 1,547,620.00):

I think the Audi is the only one I can flat-tow, though....

Think outside the box.
Get a Jeep Rubicon Unlimited 4-door
Take the money you saved, and buy a new DP.
Or, perhaps, a really nice Bluebird Wanderlodge.

Why limit yourself on just one vehicle? If you are going to spend $1.5 million on a CLK, why not get just a "nice" car and store one at each campground you do go to? That way you don't have to worry if you can flat tow it.

Me, I would have a new Camaro at one, a CTS-V at the next. Heck, I might even splurge and have a new ZR1 waiting for me at one of the campgrounds. Ahhh shoot, I forgot about the kids. I guess I would have Suburbans and Escalades waiting for me.

Do they make the adapter plates to tow these? Perhaps you would consider just letting me drive them to your locations for you and that way you don't have all of those backing issues with toads.

Me too! I find myself dreaming, a lot. Except, I dream about 'made in the USA',.....as in GMC Envoy ($43K for the one I want).
For a big sports car, I would settle for a Caddy CTS (my type of sports car, I like the room, and the trunk space).
ONLY THEN could I feel comfortable with ordering my Lambo Murcielago,....and Featherlite Stacker,.....and Newell coach.

In the meantime, I'm still trying to modify my Dometic Duo-Therm roof air (in order to be able to replace the fan motor).......reality...

Now I like the way you think, sigman!!!!

Seriously though I did pick this up this weekend:

2006 Audi A4 3.0L Quattro Cabriolet w/35000 original owner miles on it for 30K cash out the door, included a new 4 year, 50K mile warranty too. Automatic 5 speed with Tiptronic tranny. 155 mph with the governor engaged. It will never see that with me driving though. Unless I'm on a track with it. Then maybe....

Great winter car to replace my 76 F250 4x4, that's for sure. And it gets better mileage (25 -30) and is lighter for towing.

I'd get a Honda or a Jeep, if I was on-the-cheap for a towed.

I have a sweet tender nature, however I enjoy sharing my thoughts and opinions.

TOE? Toe? are you kidding? I would have my Chauffeur follow me at a safe distance, then we can wash and wax it every night while I sleep. Then he can sleep in the luggage bay, but only if he completed the oil change.

OH, it's fun to be the king. Hey, I can dream.

I'll pit my Malibu Maxx any time against those others.
