Seriously considering an Outback 230RS with inside, closed door, garage measurements of 91 1/2". My husband has a Honda Goldwing that has overall length of 84". Will it fit? I really like the floorplan on this trailer, but there are none in our area to look at. Anyone out there with one?

By my math you have lots of room. My only question would be "Did you measure it" or are you taking your measurements from the spec sheets which are not always correct.

You should have about 8-1/2" left over for storage!!
I agree with Gadget....but will assume that you measured these with a tape. You can also, often put the bike in on an angle, when things are a bit tight, but I believe you should be fine!
Just re-read your thread.....and since you don't have one nearby, you are going with the mfgr. measurements.

You may want to call a dealer, ask them to measure it for you.....or take the "road trip" to check it out. While many dealers will just quote the specs, if you let them know how serious you are, they may make the extra effort.

Good Luck!

We looked at them a couple years ago and they were nice units. Only reason we didn't buy it was that we found a bigger trailer for cheap close to home.

The dealer said "he" measured it. If the unit is 8' wide, that would make it 94" wide on the outside. Can't imagine the walls are that thick that his 91 1/2" measurement wouldn't be close.

My '07 Goldwing will not fit in a Carri-Lite 37RGQ with the side ramp.
Is yours an older 'Wing, maybe a 1500? They look shorter, but I haven't put a tape to one. The 1800's are considerably bigger.
When I bought mine trailer, I made the sale contingent on my Harley fitting inside, and it does - just barely. You should be able to actually test fit the bike - just to be sure. No sense buying a Toyhauler if the Toy won't fit!
