I will be coming into LA in Feb. at Redlands on I-10. I will hit 30/210 I am heading to Paso Robles. I will take 210 to I-5 (depending on weather). Can you get me to 101 just in case. I will be pulling a 5th wheel...

Thanks

On 210, just west of Pasadena, it turn right (north) - continue WEST and it turns into 134 (you cross 5) which further west merges into 101 WEST, about 14-15 miles from Pasadena.

Hope this helps.

I would suggest just taking the 101 instead of the I-5 which can get a little busy at times from where the 210 & the 5 branch off. If you just stay put on the 210 as you get to Pasadena, the 210 just turns into the 101 without doing anything but not getting off the freeway (you will have to in effect turn off the 210 by Pasadena to get onto the 210, a little strange, but true). At the change of numbers, it will be listed as 134 , but in a few of miles it will change to 101.

Lee, we've had high wind warnings in the San Joaquin Valley thru 11 PM tonight, as well as dust storm on west side (I-5) in valley. Tomorrow conditions should be back to normal. If you do come thru the Grapevine area, watch for wind, although it shouldn't be a problem.

Taking 101 might be a better route at this time.

Paso Robles is on the 101 so why would you want to go up the 5 anyway?

The only reason I would do that is because I used to live in Modesto.. but I have never come up from the south...

Lee,
Take the 210 to I-5. You will go north on the I-5 for about 5 miles and then turn off at hwy. 126. Go west on hwy. 126 until you hit Hwy. 101. Head north to Paso Robles. Take hwy. 46 east if you want to get back to I-5.
