How about mold?

I was thinking the same. Mold/mildew from undetected water intrusion can be hidden and in sufficient enough quantity to make you sick if you’re susceptible to it.

Where are you parked, Could it be something coming from outside. Have you tried leaving a window open a bit to see it helps or hurts. Any new carpet?

Fresh air is a great idea anytime. Pillow is good suggestion and also assess the mattress but I am betting on the need fresh air or perhaps you need to sleep in the tent and she in camper. I have noticed headaches in my wife that seem to be bed related.

If driving every day could 'exhaust' from truck be holding in the camper. I'd get a CO2 detector. Doesn't take much exhaust to give me a headache.

The obvious for me was to make sure the bed is level or a little elevated at the pillow end.

Just had the same problem on our three week trip which ended last Saturday.

Found the problem while we were gone the Propane tank we were using had a small leak at the change over valve. Switched to other tank and shut off faulty tank headache gone first night.

Found the leak by pouring full strength dish washing liquid over all the valves and conections. It was a very small leak.

Never did smell gas but my wife walked into the camper after we had been hiking awhile and said she got instant headache so we must have a gas leak. I had been getting headaches but never an instant one like she got. So I checked and there was a leak.....Never got any alarms either.

good luck
