Freedom has been a loyal owner.
On Sept 24th he went into great detail about how much he enjoyed his camper... and was losing hope that the factory was going to help him solve issues with it. He'd been trying to deal with them for some time... and now there is even more uncertainty.
Many of us remain loyal to our manufacturers... it's hard to remain upbeat when we have problems... especially problems that we don't have the time, skills, or materials to repair ourselves.
I hope that more of us try to help our fellow TC owners... I have offered help to many and have helped a few.
We have a lot of skilled friends on the forum... together we'll be OK!
Good luck freedom

GM, Reader's Digest, Six Flags, Sharper Image, kmart...all have filed chapter 11 at some point. Seems to me they are all still in business these days.
Outfitter says themselves that they will be out of it soon, why not wait and see what happens? They have a reputation for being honest and forthright, and from what everyone says (except the couple of guys who obviously have their panties in a wad and have it out for them), they have excellent customer service and build an outstanding product. Seems like those are the kind of businesses that pull through this kind of stuff...they have already sustained longer than most of the RV manufacturers.

Ditto.
Internet forums only exist to serve their members; never the other way around.

Outfitter could pull a Mark Twain on us! I certainly hope so.
