I like to sneak the dually right up next to them and laugh at their reaction when they notice they are only a foot away. I also take the racing approach that I aim for them because they will be gone when I get there. I really love tailgaters though. It puts the fun into my commute. Oh yea! I am the slowest person on the road. I only go 3 over the limit.

I'll run the risk with voltage and height anyday...at least they're consistant.

Some people are just better "defensive" drivers than others.
NASCAR drivers are in a constant environment of a potential wreck, some very unavoidable and the trickle down effect of the wreck can involve a large number of cars. Some of those drivers are just a lot better at avoiding those situations than others. Jimmy Johnson for example is a top driver and a consistent top 5 or 10 finishers. Yesterday he was involved in an accident that took him out of the race, but I'd have to believe that he is the best at accident avoidance of any driver out there (of course with the help of his talented spotter). That alone makes him a winning driver over others with the same equipment and backing.
Didn't want to turn this into a NASCAR thing, but only to show by example that one can be a better RV driver by constant alertness of the environment and the others sharing the road.

Now you got me thinking... Maybe NASCAR races with diesel duallies pulling 40 ft 5th wheels.... now that's a sport
When I'm driving the pickup, nobody seems to mess with me. Put the trailer behind it and everybody is in a big hurry and can't be caught behind me. I've seen people do some very dumb things.
I submit that short of NYC, Boston is the home of America's worst drivers. They are trained across the river in Cambridge.

More people, more marginal drivers. Shortly after buying our current motor home, I bought air horns as the original horns were anemic. Those horns have gotten the attention of many drivers trying to merge into the motor home, etc.. Too many drivers seem to think they are the only ones on the road.

I was watching SPEED on afternoon, and they had a figure 8 race where they were pulling trailer (old campers and boats). The winner had to have at least part of the trailer attached to the tow vehicle. It was a scream.
