Hello to al , I'm' reading this forum for a wail and I found it very useful with grate and honest advise, finely I take the courage to write by myself.
We are a family of 6 (children – 11,10,5,2) arriving to the U.S in February we figure out that the best thing for us will be a TT.
We are planning to buy a suburban 3/4 ton as a TV, and a quad bunks TT, after reading the forum I think that we need a trailer that have a good wide slide out, a U shape dinette, solid doors in the rooms, we do like 2 enters doors (nice to have), we need a nice space for all our stuff.
We need a repayable trailer that will give us a good well come experience for first time RVing.
Our budget for the TT is 13000$, I will appreciate any device.
I do have many more questions but don’t want to scare you all…
Thank you very much

For that price, you will definitely need to look at a used trailer. At best you may find a new (never titled) one that's several model years old, on a dealer's lot.
To get two entry doors on a trailer, you'll be wanting one that's longer than 26', I believe, perhaps a bit longer. (Certainly trailers over 30' will have 2 entry doors.)

Welcome (soon) to the U.S.A., I too have 4 children 12,11,9,3 and was looking at TT's with quad bunks. Within your budget there are 2 different type of quad bunk set ups. The first one is all 4 bunks are the same width. The second set up is one set of bunks is wider than the other set. As I found out the older kids will be cramped in the narrower bunks. You should have the kids lay in the bunks when you start looking at TT's. The best alternative is to get a TT with a slide in the children's area, but since this layout is relatively new it probably be out of your budget. Good luck. Joe

While I am glad you finally got the courage to write I can assure you most new-bes live to make another post, but to be honest a few have never been heard from again…
I think you should be able to find a bunk model in pretty good shape for that amount, but I have never bought a bunk model myself…
Welcome to the forums…

A good way to look at the various tt's available is to do a search on RV Dealers. Each dealer carries several different makes and models, both new and used. Also, most have many photos of both the outside and inside of the tt's so you will be able to get a better idea of which ones fit your needs. You can then go to the manufacturer's web site for those you like to see the details such as the weights, tank capacities, etc. If you see a particular tt you like and have any questions, I'm sure there is probably a member here that has one like it and can help with any questions. Good luck, Lobo
