Yikes! We had a short pull (thankfully) on Friday evening in very heavy winds. We live in NE Indiana. It was a little hairy but we only had about a 20 mile pull. Would not have liked a long pull! Fortunately, conditions were perfect to come home today as wind was less than 5mph.

Had 50 miles in taking the TT to the dealer. Hensley made it a simple trip. Never had a problem during Saturday morning.

I have the equalizer and had no problems. I talked to someone that just has a wd and a friction sway control and they had to pull over. We have the same truck and simler trailer. Just goes to show you the little extra money for the correct towing equipment is worth it.

Thursday we hit some bad cross winds in the MH in AR and MO on our way home and slowed down under the speed limit because it felt safer in the MH but did not see and TT out. We had caught the leading edge of the storm that moved through IN on Friday. Friday morning we were 78 and were 54 several hours later so there was a lot of wind with that change.

Two years ago when returning from our Snowbird trip to Texas we traveled for two straight days into 40 MPH head winds. Not a FUN trip but we DID get to spend a LOT of money on gas for the 150
