First trip out this weekend with the Goldwing tied down in the Raptor and before I got 100 miles from home and on some pretty rough stretches of I40, I pulled into a rest area to check everything out. The Goldwing was leaning to one side and the center LEFT tie down had come lose from the floor and bent the cheap a$$ metal ring. I had to bang it back into place with a pipe wrench and use a pair of lock pliers to tie the straps to.

What kind of******is this and why did I just spend 52K on a BRAND NEW Toy hauler that is not even capable of hauling my motorcycle in? Keystone RV, what were you thinking? NO, what was I thinking by purchasing such a badly designed and poor product from you? To add insult to injury, the DAM! furnace stopped working over the weekend on one of the coldest nights I've ever decided to go RVing on. What A piece of CRAP! I am so disgusted right now, I can’t even think straight enough to call the dealer and tell them to come get this piece of crap. They probably won’t. I’ll have to burn my fuel to get it back over there to them.

They already have the piece of******fireplace that didn’t work and I am still waiting on a replacement unit with a remote. That’s been going on for more than 3 weeks now. I am really at odds right now with the whole thing. I know exactly how to fix the tie downs by replacing them with stronger ones. But why should I have to do that after spending so much on an RV that was already supposed to be strong enough?

Bummer. In a TH, the last place they should scrimp on is tie downs. Good luck.

I didnt think Raptors came with D-rings, mine didnt. The dealer installed the e-track system according to the places I requested. I used to have an 26' attitude and the d-rings pulled up from the floor too. The e-tracks seem beeter as they have alot of screws down in the floor.

You certainly have had your share of problems with your new TH. Hope you can get all your problems resolved to your satisfaction although it sounds like an uphill battle. I agree that your large investment should be built to haul your toys and withstand the rigors of the TH lifestyle. Good luck and keep us posted as to your results.

I think that "most" toy haulers have a few kinks to work out in the beginning. I know that ours did. Even 500K class A RVs have a few issues to deal with.

That stinks & hopefully Keystone handles everything for you. I will say this, it takes a unique individual to own a RV, every RV mfg out there has issues. I'm just glad I can handle just about every issue that arises on my Raptor.

Sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with your new Raptor. When I first got mine it had 3 E tracks just laying in the cargo area loose
and not attached. I thought that was the norm. I placed the tracks where I wanted them and it became my responsibility as to how they are attached. I used lots and lots of tie town screws. In 5 years
nothing has ever came loose and I have hauled two Harleys, a sandrail,
two large 4x4 two seat quads and never had a problem. I sincerly hope that you will be able to resolve the problems and really enjoy your Raptor as I have.

Etrack on my Raptor has never had a problem. You'll be sorting out problems for the first couple of trips - it's a house on wheels.
We got our problems sorted out in the first couple of trips and have been basically trouble free for the last 10k or so

What are e-tracks? Please show a picture if you can, I'd like to see one. I will post some pics of the mess I have once I get a chance. But I am not about to fix these myself. I am going to make the dealer or Keystone. I would like to show them those e-tracks if they will work better than what I have, they need to fix it some how. These d rings they put in the 2010's are crap. The actual d-ring is not even welded together at the bottom of the "piano" hinge. So a lateral force will easily pull it apart. These things should hold 2000 lbs at any force put on them straight up or lateral.
