Always love the new sounds my coach makes. Happens very intermittently but enough that I wanted to see if anyone else knows what it may mean.

When making turns I will hear a long beep, 5-7 seconds, and then it does away. Its not the buzzer noise you get from the dash but more like a Co2 type beep. The coach drives and feels fine.

any ideas?

I had a similar type of mystery alarm. Turned out to be low fluid in the leveling jacks.

My first guess would be that you are low on Hydraulic fluid. When it happens, do you notice a light coming on your leveler pad?

I had similar alarm when coolant in the recovery tank was low. Would only occur on hard turns when fluid would leave the sensor bare.

Since it only happens on turns, I'll take a stab and say that when my turn signals are engaged and when applying power there is a distinctive pulsing buzz that comes from the turn signal flasher device. I have always assumed that the compression pulses from the diesel causing disturbance to the 12V system cause it because it only occurs when power is being applied (not at idle)and when turning (signal flasher on). Just a guess.

If your rig has air ride it could be the compressor sending air to low side.

it does, if this is the case I should be able to see the level on the low side change?

yes, other people hear it :~)

no gauge lights come on

its a beep and not a buzz

coolant is fine

Could you be leaving your turn signal on for more than 3/4 of a mile, and the signal warning sound is activated?
