Me too - over 10 years of service on my #2500 pound jack and only one gear replacement and it's been on 3 different trailers... I've never been disappointed with my Barker jack or their customer service, but that was really above and beyond - great service from Barker - just another reason to buy from them when the times comes again...

Ditto on Fantastic Fan - I've got 2 of their fans in my TT - probably THE BEST customer service I have ever heard about!!! and Barker is a close second...
