Can anyone provide review on Southern Comfort Camping Resort ?
Originally wanted to stay at FAM-CAMP but .. its first come first serv and I doubt that there will be anything available when I pull in late Wednesday night.
So ...its either
Southern Comfort Camping Resort or

I recommend Canjun RV Park and get a site by the beach highway away from the train track.

Is there still a FamCamp at the CB base in Gulf Port? We stayed there one weekend when our son was stationed in GP. It was never full and we went about this time of year.

Just curious, why you didn't include Majestic Oaks in your line-up? It's the nicest RV park in Biloxi.

Very nice park, and it's just a few blocks west of Keesler AFB.

Majestic Oaks is a couple of blocks from the AFB. I think it's actually closer than Southern Comfort.

Recommend you call the Fam Camp the day you plan to arrive and ask about availability. Although you can't make a reservation, they should tell you about expected vacancies. We did that about five years ago and found several vacant spots when we arrived.
