From my research - I can't seem to find many manufacturers making a front living room 5er. I have found Keystone Everest 352L has one, but are there any others?
Is this possibly due to an increase of pin weight which has limited the market to those with a one-ton or bigger?
Please respond if you know of any.

Montana had one until about 2006. It was cool - I almost bought the Big Sky version back in 2003. Probably similar to the Everest.

I don't think they were any heavier on the pin than the others. It had a pin weight of 2,100 compared to the higher pin weights of 2,300 in the same year (rear kitchen). I think it was just popularity based on sales. They were nice for the right person, but if they weren't popular on the lineup, they fade away.

I had a Terry with a front room on the overhang but no slides.

Our Prowler has the front living room with 1 slide out. We love it. We looked at new models and turned them down just for the fact of no front living room. We also love the 2nd entry door at the rear in the bedroom, its like having a front door and a back door...

Montana has a new model that we saw at the plant this September. It is a front living room. Can not remember the model number.

We have a Monaco Starwood with the front room in the front and kitchen in rear. I prefer it that way. But, we travel in Mexico and going over the topes wrecks havoc on kitchen stuff in the cabinets as its takes most of the bounce

2plus2, I have never seen a 5er with a front LR and rear Kitchen. Looked at a McKenzie web site, not made any more. Thats a very rare plan. I'd love to see that!

Forest River offered one in the Cedar Creek lineup in 2005/06. Lack of demand usually kills a floor plan faster than anything else.

I loved that floorplan. I bet you can still have one made.
It allowed for 2 private bedrooms. 4 people could travel well and very comfortably in it. Maybe the front "in-law" suite didn't go over too well. But, that is how I would use it.

Fleetwood also made one with a front livingroom around 2002 or 2003.
I saw a couple for sale in RVTrader but can't remember the model.
