I had a 37' 1990 front living room King of the Road that was the most trouble free and well built RV we have ever had. We towed it 6 trips into Mexico and 9 trips over the Alaska Hyw. w/o any problems. It had torsion suspension that was excellent.
I liked the front lvg rm because you could see over the top of the big motorhomes when parked in a RV park.
So..........why did that great company go out of business???

Not to be a buzz kill but when we go to the beach/lake most sites next to the water are back in for trailers and pull in for motorhomes. A nice big window in the back is great during the day but, waking up to the view might not be bad either. Food for thought.

See Sig. My rig is front living room, two slides couch on each slide, entertainment center in front, added electric fireplace. Lots of room, kitchen in middle with large dinette slide, master bedroom in rear, queen bed slide. Love having all the space in front for teens.

39 feet long and ONLY 2175# pin weight!! Does it have three axles. That is a light pin for a long 5th wheel that can gross over 15.6K#.
