Does anyone use FINAL CHARGE COOLANT, so you dont have to
check or add SCA.

Sure, why not. However, just adding FCC will not add enough SCA.

Absolutely...check the Cummins website for the how-to's, but basically you need to drain, flush, rinse, refill with ELC, then you're good to go. IF you have a filter, be sure to replace it with one that has zero SCA's. Good time to replace the thermostat too, and easier to avoid air locks if you fill the block through the thermostat opening, then button her up.
