My wife has Parkinson's and I do most of the work. Nice to just have her with me when we travel. Good she can still enjoy this great country. There is not too much work involved anyway.

I know just what you mean. My DH has severe lung & heart disease and there are times that he is just not up to setting up and tearing down. I'm really surprised how many posters commented that their wives don't drive and don't do set up. If I didn't drive and set up, we'd never go anywhere. I can do everything my DH can. I'm not good at the actually hitching, nor am I good at backing. I get very anxious and if it doesn't go well, things start to deteriorate for me. It's just better if DH does it. However, I can level, slide, and hookup with the best of them and glad to do it. We'll keep on camping until the day comes that DH can't go out at all. Hopefully, that will be a long way off

I do the following (wife)

Route planning and activity research
Navigating with map in case GPS wants to send us off a cliff. Hey it almost happened!
Meal planning and marketing
Cooking
Outdoor kitchen set-up
Open windows set-up interior
Back-up spotter
Get the dogs comfy

He does the following

Hitches the fifth wheel
Drives
Backs in and unhitches
Levels
Power up the trailer
Sets up the satellite
Sets up the generator
Fixes anything that breaks

We both pack our own clothes and incidentals
We both do clean-up

Pink jobs are inside, which are hers.
Blue jobs are outside mine.

But we also trade-off and she drives some of the time.

My wife does all the driving. I just hold the steering wheel. Actually I'm single, just wanted to tell the joke. Being single I do the blue jobs and the pink ones too.

We plan our trips together. We both do some research on the vicinity and then plan together what we're going to do. Make last minute adjustments enroute.
We each back our own personal effects and clothing. With suggestions, "Honey, did you remember a jacket"?, "Got your swimsuit"?. (We empty out all our clothing in-between trips).
We share the driving, but DH probably does 60-70%. He likes to drive it. I do most of the night-time driving, he gets more sleepy at night. Both of us wash the exterior.

DH...Makes sure coach is gassed up, LP full, water set, etc., prior to trip. Handles the parking at camp site. Connects the water, cable, etc. Handles the dump duties. Drains water and does sanitizing. Handles outdoor grill duties. Makes sure cooler has adequate beer & ice supply. Usually puts out awning. Sets up outside chairs. Usually acquires firewood for firepit, after DW pleads...Feeds dog.

DW...Plans menu, does shopping for trip. Loads coach with all food related goods. Makes sure coach has on board: first aid kit, adequate cleaning supplies, paper products. Does inside cooking and clean up. Does all cleaning of interior of coach. Cleans the outdoor grill after each use. Helps pick out level parking spot and directs back in. (watches for tree branches, etc.) Puts out the outdoor rug. Puts up antenna. Puts out slides. Pleads for a load of firewood at alot of parks where fire ring is provided...Walks dog.

We split everything pretty much evenly except when I run away for a "girls" weekend. All our group of "girls" know how to set up and break down and we all help each other.
On regular trips, DH and I share cooking, cleaning and setting up and breaking down. I do most of the pre-planning, reservations, shopping and packing, but the rig stays mostly packed except for perishables. He generally drives as he tends to get carsick when others drive. Our thought is the faster we're done, the faster we can start to relax. Has worked for us for 33 years so far.
