Pay attention to the torque settings and procedures to get everything good. Axle bolt AND lug nuts.

Grease? Lots. Use Lots of grease.

I have a 5 year old truck with 60,000 miles on it, never had the wheels off. Why do trailers need annual wheel bearing service when every other vehicle I have owned only gets bearing service when the brakes are replaced?

Use any good quality high temperature bearing grease for the job. Don't even THINK about torque as it applies to wheel bearings because you set them only slightly tighter than finger tight. Tighten more than that and you can ruin the bearings. Cleanliness is the key to good bearing maintenance so when you get the old bearings out clean them and the other parts very well and NEVER spin the dry bearings. I just finished repacking my own wheel bearings after some 60,000 miles on them and they're still in great condition. Annual maintenance is more for INSPECTION purposes than because of necessity. Gives you a chance to check brakes, make adjustments to them as needed etc. Good luck / Skip

use a good synthetic grease. If you need help on things use youtube. It can give you a step by step with video.

My friend had his trailer done last month and it cost him $200 (4 wheels), good profit for the rv dealer. Also it does not take lots and lots of grease.
