My husband and friends are going to attend the big car show in Carlisle, PA during the first weekend in October.
I would like to find a good campground to stay in that is close to Carlisle, but would also be convient to us "Car Show Widows" to visit some events and places in the surrounding area.
We would appreciate any suggestions and comments you can give us to use when planning our trip.
My wife and I drove through Western Village Campground this weekend. It was nice enough but the sites were pretty close. They did have some large sites that seemed to be dedicated to Class A's. Check them out. I've also seen adds for a Carlisle campground but do not know anything about them. The balance of CGs are about 1/2 hour or more away.
