An E350 based school bus could handle that easily, with a 20,000# GCWR.

The GM chassis will have a much lower GCWR.
An international or Freightliner would have plenty of capacity, but will ride much rougher. Those chassis are so heavy I'm surprised anyone even orders a short bus on them.
Make sure is a a Dual Rear Wheel school bus, as the bodies are kind of heavy, and it will allow the possibility of a larger trailer later on.
