We'll be at Topsail and Grayton the month of Feb. 2010, leaving Ohio last week of Jan. traveling through Tn. We would like to meet and talk with the fellows hereon if any will be in that area.

We have a 35' Pace Arrow and are not snobbish we do pull out from some areas as a theif in the night but that is due to or being travelers tourists most of the time.

I am retired as is my wife. We're extreme novices, and this will be our first big trip.

We plan to leave for PAC NW in April or first of May to stay the summer. We love Pt Townsend and Leavenworth, Wash. Would like to avail ourseleves of National Park fee schedules if any of you know how we should route or trip from Ohio and while in Washington/Oregon to best benefit ftom the lower rates? We don't need or wnt swimming pools, games, children facilites we're old and grouchy.

Why on earth would you want to leave Ohio in February?

We camp at Topsail regularly. You can't go wrong there. Try to get in the 100 section if you can.

Make sure you get in the new loop at Grayton. Full hookups and much bigger sites than the old loop. Bringing bikes? You can ride to some of the local communities (Watercolor, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach).

We're from central Ohio not all that bad most ears in Feb. Cold but we know March is coming. Much better than North Dakota in feb though.

Bikes? Bicycles? We have them but haven't figured out how to haul them they don't fold up any suggesstions?

I was raised in northern Ohio so I'm all too familiar with Buckeye winters.

Are you hauling a car behind your MH? You could put a bike rack on the back of the car. No car...you could put a bike rack on the MH.

Sounds good to me a bike rack on towed vehicle.

Where in Northern Ohio? We're in Columbus area, snowed in Bellville 46 miles north last night near Mansfield.

Amherst. Just west of Cleveland.

I know Columbus well. Went to OSU. Lived in Mansfield for 3 yrs while flying C-130s with the Ohio ANG.

Gunship? Were you Spook or Puff? That yellow orange line coming down with that growl was a good sound to hear.
