The one I got last week said I had "recieved" an Ecard. They spelled received wrong and did not say who sent it.
The site that I would have been sent to if I clicked it was in Russia as I recall and was spoofed to look like the actual Hallmark site address. Something like "WWW.hallmark.com.102234765.ru".
I use a program called MailWasher that lets me look at the full headers of suspect messages and see where the links actually go without actually opening the messages. Comes in handy from time to time.

These messages are a virus in and to themselves. Not your fault and I will say I delete ALL messages that say to send to all my friends. Think about it, that is exactly how a virus replicates and spreads.
