I need some help on editing my profile What I need to do is change my location and how would I put a picture under my name thinks for any help

Here is how to change your profile - location is changed on the profile page.

Click on the My Forums link in the upper-right portion of most forum windows.

Click on the My Profile link in the list of links that runs horizontally across the screen.

Change your profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Submit Changes button.

I'm not sure what you mean by "picture under my name."
If you mean to the left of a post and below the user name, there is no way for you to put a picture there. If you mean you want a picture to appear in a signature below your posts, that is done on you preferences page. The My Preference link is just to the left of the My Profile link.
