Gally tank has a small crack in a lower corner. Tank is exposed so access is easy.
Can this be patched? Or where do I find a replacement. Sticker says Travel Star listing #15702 and it is about 30 gallons.
Has anyone done a replacement or am I better at the dealer or Campingworld?
Next trip is in 3 weeks

Hi,
Contact this place, they probably know a thing or two about it's repair.
Tank-Depot.com
You can measure your stock tank, and the space that it is located in, and probably find a close match on their website. But call them on Monday and see what they have to patch your tank. It probably would be better to remove the tank, then place it someplace so the crack is on top, then the glue has a better change of falling into the crack, not slipping down the side of the tank. And you will ensure that the inside of the tank joint is dry.
Having the tank someplace that is close to 70 to dry in also helps the repair along. But use the glue in a well ventilated area, and move it inside once it has had about 2 hours or more to get rid of most of the nasty smell and fumes.
If they say to sand that area before applying the glue, then you can rough it up with a drill attachment that has a wire brush. But use care not to scrape to deeply into the plastic.
Good Luck,
Fred.

I don't see why a fiberglass repair would not work if done properly and enough strength is added to the patched area.
I would look at the other info posted first though.

If your tank is ABS (mine is, some are not) then ONLY ABS cement will hold as a repair.
{edit} Is this the freshwater tank or the holding tank?

Agree on the Eternbond route. Years ago our PO bought a grey water tank but before the tank arrived he fixed with a sealer(?) and put a piece of plywood under it and still 8 years later it has not leaked. He tossed the new one into the MH in I have it in storage but hope to never use it but will keep it just in case.

On my maiden voyage with my trailer, the black water valve dragged and cracked the tank where it entered the tank. We didn't notice until we set up. Fortunately tank was empty with exception of a little clean water. Unfortunately it was near dark and I was 12 miles from town and this was the first night of a week stay.
Okay, long story short, I went to a chain auto parts store and bought the putty stick that you kneed. I cleaned and dried the crack and put the putty around it. After another trip to town, I ended up I think with four sticks around it. The putty is supposed to be good for both PVC and ABS (I believe mine is ABS). When I got home, I looked over it, put on one more stick to reinforce it and it is holding a year and several trips later.
I would try that. Google Autozone and check out epoxy sticks--there are several that are purported to be good for both ABS and PVC. The worst is that it wouldn't work and you would have to grind it off.
Another option, when I was in college I patched a gas tank pinhole with Seal All. Might be another option. Neither of these are irreversible.
