I just bought a used 02 Monarch LaPalma with a 5.5 Onan generator. Had the Generator and A/C running. Walking around and learning the switches, I accidentally pushed the battery off switch inside the coach. When I did that, naturally all power shut off and the generator died. Yep, Im a dummy. Anyway, the Gen will start up but dies within 10-60 seconds. I pushed the button down and I get a quick flash then 4 flashes which my manual says its "Overfrequency Fault" 14. It doesnt give me any procedures to fix just says see an authorized Onan dealer. Can anyone help me troubleshoot my stupid mistake?

Try disconnecting the battery to reset the code. Should work.

I didnt actually disconnect the battery but I did cycle the battery disconnect switch. I figured it ought to be the same thing but am not opposed to trying that. Thanks.
