I have in years goneby seen a small single caster wheel trailer that connects solid to the bumper. That is there are two hitches one at each corner of the trailer, so that when the trailer turns the wheel swivels. Is there anything like that out there ? My intent is to get a trailer large enough to load my four wheeler on the rear bumper my 5er, The trailer should be perhaps 4.5 feet by 6 feet. Maybe a source of a high speed caster wheel ???

The trailers you mentioned were not successful due to the small tire and wheel. When the tow vehicle was cruising at 60-70 MPH, the little wheel was turning about four to five times as fast as the tow vehicle tires and the bearings would burn out. In most cases, it ruined the whole hub and axle assembly.

Had a family friend who rented a tent camper version of one of those for a vacation back in the 1960's. On one leg of the trip, he came upon a skunk crossing the road and decided that he'd miss the skunk by straddling him, forgetting about what he was towing. That single, centered wheel on the little trailer hit the smelly animal dead-center. They had to camp with the smell of skunk for the remainder of the trip.

I had a caster wheel trailer back in the late '60's. I used it to make a cross country trip from CA to TX, at highway speeds, and never had a bit of trouble. My trailer had a 10" wheel (I think), so its circumference would have been about 1/2 that of my car tires, so it would have only turned twice as fast.

I would guess some internet searching for trailer (not RV) distributors/manufacturers might turn up something.
