Hi Marg,
I know how you feel! I was one of the Me & Pa people.
Our dealer's decals are so small that they didn't bother me. As a matter of fact, the dealer we went through have been so nice I don't mind the bit of advertising. However!!!!! Home and Parks decals are way too big. I mean, doesn't it look like you work for them? Driving their rig? So, I couldn't blame my husband when he wanted it off....just wish I could have kept the Me & Pa. ;-)
Ok.....what our dealer did was use a blow dryer. I don't think they held it too terribly close but I didn't pay close attention. The decals peeled right off with no damage or residue left behind.
If your dealer isn't too terribly far away you might want to go back and have them remove the decals, including theirs.
Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.
May God Bless and Protect our Troops!!!!!

Marg, I see you live in Canada. The vinyl letters come off much easier in warm weather.....planning a trip south this winter?
Seriously, if it's possible to get your RT in a heated garage or shop the letters will come off much easier. Use a 1500 watt hairdryer. Just play the heat around a small area and fingernails work best for scraping the stickers off. If you don't want to use fingernails you could use a plastic ice scaper. Don't use metal, you'll scratch the paint.
Any glue residue can be removed with WD40 or car polish and a rag.

I peeled mine off with ease last summer. Heat was the key (we live in Texas). Be prepared to wash and wax the surface where the decal was to remove any residual goo. If left on the truck, the residual goo will collect dirt over time.

We used the hot exhaust from a vacuum cleaner to warm up the letters enough to peel them off.
We took the H & P ad off the fiberglass spare tire cover on the back of the van. I wanted to personalize that space.

Suzi says she used nail polish remover and goo gone, plus a little patience, to remove the decals, and it looks just fine. She did this in the Spring, so the heat/hair dryer idea is probably a good one.

We took lettering off the entire side of a truck here at work last year... pick a warm day, let it sit in the sun, and then hit it with the heat gun and a plastic scraper. Go slow, if you can keep it from ripping, you can usually get it off in once piece. The longer it stays on there, the harder it will be to get off. (talking years here) So if it's a fairly new unit, you should have no problem, and the paint is still in good shape.
