I purchased a 2000 Coachmen Santara Class A in June 2002. The front AC leaks in the floor and has stained ceiling. This is not from rain. The drain is not clogged and the pan that collects the water is not cracked. Unit has been in shop 5 times for a total of about 12 weeks since purchase. It is a DUO-THERM by Dometic ducted system.

One of the A/C manufacturers has a problem with pans cracking and leaking. Might check into this.

Also check the seal around the base of the unit.If it is loose, snug it down. If it still leaks, time for a new gasket.

If it has a plastic pan I would try and have them replace it and see if that takes care of it.

It is hard to tell if the pan is cracked just by looking at it.

I have heard and read about a number of these pans being cracked. But never about a recall on the defective pans. And this isn't just a Coachmen problem either.
