For the most part, we only hear good things about the staff at Far West, and RVers seem to enjoy the clean, quiet surroundings. We ourselves have been to Far West many times, and developed a pretty good relationship with the owners.

KOA generally offers first-rate facilities and amenities, as well as pleasant enough staffers, and I have no reason to think that won’t be the case at the newly dubbed Ventura Ranch KOA at Steckel Park. Plus, improvements to the electrical and sewer systems at the park are actually long overdue.

I’d love to hear what you think …
