RVIA Says Trailer Sales Up
The Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), reports that towable RV shipments have grown steadily over the past five years, with 323,000 units shipped in 2005, a 15.4 percent increase over 2004. An influx of younger buyers has spurred this trend toward RV trailers, particularly toy-hauler types.

7-Eleven Drops Citgo Gas
The convenience store chain 7-Eleven is ending its business relation with Venezuelan-owned Citgo. Recent derogatory statements about U.S. President Bush by Venezuela's dictator Hugo Chavez "didn't tempt us to stay with Citgo," a company executive told the Associated Press.

Driver Inattention Contributes to Half of Crashes
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says that driver inattention contributes to half of all accidents. Cell phones are a major source of distraction, and legislation to regulate their use while driving is pending or in effect in many states.
