Gale Banks Engineering introduces the Banks Billet Torque Converter designed for 1994-2003
7.3-liter Power Strokes with E40D/4R100 transmissions and for 1998-2005 5.9-liter Cummins
with 47RE/48RE trannies. The dual-disc lockup clutch assembly offers increased torque and
because the clutch is slip-resistant, transmission-fluid temperatures stay cooler and fuel
economy improves, according to the manufacturer.
