Mini-Shockles are a combination of double-strength shock cord and tubular nylon webbing, with anodized marine-grade carabiner fasteners on each end. They can be used to secure cargo, silence flapping awnings, help prevent damage to hoses and electrical cords and a whole lot more, according to the manufacturer. Mini-Shockles are load tested up to 600 pounds, and can stretch to two times their static length.
