The Travel Star Sport by Starcraft RV is by no means a fifth-wheel or toy hauler, but it is a compact camper that has everything you need to have a great time while camping without clutter (and sometimes monetary woes) from everything you don’t.

Test Drive Starcraft travel star sport 2011There are two floorplans to choose from. The 164BH has a travel length of 18 feet and a gvwr of 3,500 pounds. The 193SS has a gvwr of 4,750 pounds and a travel length of 20 feet 6 inches for those looking for a little more room to stretch out, as it has a queen bed with a bunk-bed option and a separate sofa.

The kitchen is surprisingly modern and functional for such a small trailer, with a three-burner range, 5 cu.-ft. flush-mounted refrigerator, and residential-style 60/40 kitchen sink. The bathroom is quite impressive for a trailer of its size, offering a marine toilet and a tub and shower combo.

The optional Customer Convenience Package includes a 13,500 BTU A/C, CD player with MP3 input jack, microwave, patio awning, water heater bypass, spare tire with carrier and tub surround, oven, water purifier and aluminum rims.
