In support of breast cancer awareness, Winnebago Towables added a pink Minnie to its 2015 trailer lineup. A $1,000 donation will be made to the American Cancer Society for every pink Minnie sold. Available in six floorplans, the special option Minnie with breast cancer awareness ribbons is constructed with aluminum framing and has easy-to-clean vinyl flooring. Exterior lengths range from 19 feet 2 inches to 26 feet 9 inches with 71/2- to 8-foot widths. Standard features include a uniquely designed bathroom for maximum space and a fiberglass exterior with a diamond-plate rock guard. In addition to pink, the Minnie comes in other fun colors that include cherry red, lemon, lime, orange and white. The trailer is available with one or two slideouts or can be ordered without a slideout. MSRP starts at $16,668.
According to the American Cancer Society, breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, and more than 200,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women this year. “We feel very strongly about supporting the fight against breast cancer,” said Winnebago Towables President Johnny Hernandez. “This disease primarily affects women, and these women are our grandmothers, mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, granddaughters
and aunts, which means this disease impacts virtually
all of our lives.”
Cinda White, senior representative of community engagement for the American Cancer Society, said, “We’re thankful for the generosity of Winnebago and their support in helping us finish the fight against breast cancer.”
